The first in our series of competitions that puts the smallest average joe next to some corporate giants to determine who has the best in the respective state. What better place to start than the city of dreams?

Only makes sense for the birthplace of HITMAN to be our second stop in this competition series. New England brought out some of the best and showed us real quick how different terp profiles can be across the US.
