Shipping and refund policy

Shipping and Processing

 

When you place an order on our site an email will be sent confirming your purchase. From there, one of our many dedicated team members will begin processing your order ensuring the product you are getting is of our highest standard. When our team is satisfied with a quality check we will send it out for delivery and a tracking number will be sent via email. 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.

Once an order has been fully placed we are unable to switch items or sizes. Remember to double check your order to ensure the correct sizes, colors, address, and email have been filled.

 

Cancelling an Order

 

Order cancellations can be done via email exchange with confirmation email 12 hours after notice. Your order cancellation will be processed and an additional email will be sent upon completion. 

Please allow ample time for your credit company to refund your purchase.

 

Refunds/Exchanges

 

Hitman will be more than happy to refund any and all products up to 14 days from you receiving your package. Simply shoot us an email at info@takeahitman.com for return procedures.

Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs. We recommend you use tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Upon retrieval of the package your refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent. Initial shipping cost will be unable to be refunded.
